The offer and seller

KezKit is the seller name used on this website. Contact [email protected] for purchase and service enquiries. KezKit is not presented here as an incorporated company, and no unconfirmed business registration number or address is asserted. Any legally required seller particulars must be confirmed in the checkout before orders open.

Price and what is included

The approved Theme + Core offer is US$399 for one production website, including one year of support and entitled private updates and one approved linked development or staging copy. The checkout must show the final amount and any applicable tax before payment. We do not state that we are GST registered or add a fabricated registration number. Hosting, domains, payment-processing charges and optional AI-provider usage are separate services.

Renewal and continued use

Optional renewal is US$199 for a further year of support and entitled updates. The initial purchase is not an automatic renewal subscription. Your installed Theme and Core keep working without renewal. Software licence rights and private-update entitlements are distinct; applicable open-source licence terms supplied with the packages are not replaced by these terms.

Production and staging activation

The private-update entitlement is for the authorised production website and its approved linked staging or development copy. Request the included staging activation using its website reference. Do not reuse a production activation on an unrelated website. A staging copy is for development and testing; it is not another unrelated production entitlement.

Payment and delivery

Payment will be processed using the configured PayPal checkout. Checkout remains closed until payment confirmation and the Cloudflare-backed licence and package-delivery path are verified. After a completed eligible purchase, the account and purchase communication should provide the purchased packages and activation instructions. Do not send payment manually to an email address in place of the verified checkout.

Your website and third-party services

You manage your hosting, backups, website content, business facts, permissions and provider accounts. Review generated drafts and demonstration content before publishing. Paid workflows need their relevant configured merchant connection. KezKit does not guarantee a sales result, search ranking, legal compliance for your business, availability of a third-party service, or that a future deferred add-on will be released.

Support, refunds and legal rights

Use [email protected] for help and [email protected] for entitlement questions. The Refund Policy provides the agreed 7-day change-of-mind period. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights or limits remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. If your software or service does not meet an applicable consumer guarantee, the appropriate remedy depends on the circumstances and law.
