Seven days to change your mind

For a Theme + Core purchase made through kezkit.com, request a change-of-mind refund within 7 calendar days of purchase. Email [email protected] from the purchase email address with your order reference. You do not have to pretend there is a technical defect to use this period. Do not email card details or passwords.

How the refund is handled

We verify the purchase and return the refunded purchase payment to the original payment method where possible. Your payment provider determines when the money becomes available. A refunded order’s paid support and private-update entitlement is closed. This does not override any applicable open-source software rights or mandatory consumer protections.

Problems after the change-of-mind period

The 7-day period is not a deadline for reporting a defect or exercising a mandatory consumer right. If the product is faulty, materially different from what was promised, or otherwise fails an applicable consumer guarantee, contact us with the order reference and problem. We assess the appropriate repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under the applicable law. We do not use a blanket “digital products are never refundable” rule.

Separate costs and subscriptions

Payments made to your hosting company, domain registrar, AI provider or another independent provider are not payments to KezKit and must be handled with that provider. The Theme + Core purchase does not start an automatic renewal subscription; renewal is optional. Cancelling a support/update entitlement does not itself cancel another provider’s service.
