Privacy Policy
How information is used on kezkit.com and in KezKit’s licensing and support services.
Prepared 6 October 2026. Contact: [email protected].
Who this policy covers
This policy describes the KezKit website, purchases, licensing and support. Contact [email protected] for privacy enquiries. The separate website of a business using KezKit has its own operator and privacy responsibilities; installing our products does not make KezKit the operator of that business.
Information you provide
When you contact us, we receive your contact details and message. If you create an account or make a purchase once checkout opens, WordPress and WooCommerce hold account, billing, order and transaction-reference information needed to process and support that purchase. Do not put passwords, API secrets, full card details or unrelated customer records into messages or attachments.
Website, licensing and security information
Hosting and Cloudflare may process your IP address, browser information, requested addresses, timing and security events to deliver and protect the service. Licence activation and update requests use the website reference, product and entitlement information needed to confirm the permitted website and updates. We do not need a copy of your website’s entire customer database to activate a licence.
Support evidence is your choice
The installed support form lets you review your request before sending it. You can choose supported diagnostic details, collected error reports, active integrations, screenshots and a bounded action recording. Recording does not collect form-field values. Screenshots can still expose anything visible: hide private details before attaching them. Requests and screenshot evidence submitted to the support service are retained for up to 90 days; this does not automatically erase separate email correspondence or licence/order records.
Why information is used
We use relevant information to answer enquiries, deliver and support purchases, administer licences and updates, investigate problems, prevent misuse and meet applicable record-keeping obligations. We do not sell your personal information or use support screenshots as marketing material.
Providers and processing overseas
Hostinger hosts the WordPress website and may handle business email. Cloudflare provides network protection and the licensing/support infrastructure. Once enabled, PayPal processes checkout information and payments under its own privacy terms. These providers can process information in other countries, including through globally distributed infrastructure; your information is not promised to stay only in Australia. Contact us if you need more information about relevant processing locations before providing sensitive material.
Payments and optional AI
PayPal handles payment credentials; KezKit uses the payment result and transaction details needed for the order. Visiting this marketing website does not itself submit an AI brief. On your own installed KezKit website, choosing an AI task sends the selected brief and context to the provider you configured. Review that provider’s privacy terms and avoid confidential information you are not authorised to share.
Cookies and retention
Cookies and browser storage support sessions, carts, preferences and security. Our Cookie Policy explains their purposes. Account, order, licence and correspondence records are kept while needed for their stated purposes and applicable legal obligations. Security logs and backups are also subject to the relevant provider’s retention controls. We do not promise that deleting an account immediately removes every legally required record or backup.
Your choices, access and complaints
You can browse without making a purchase, manage cookies through your browser, decline optional support evidence, and ask us to access or correct information we hold about you. You can also request deletion where retention is not required. Email [email protected] with enough context to identify the relevant record, without sending identity documents unless we arrange a necessary secure verification method. If you have a privacy complaint, contact us first; you may also raise it with the appropriate privacy regulator, including the OAIC where Australian privacy law applies.
Changes
We update this policy when the service or its information practices change. The published date identifies the current version. New analytics, advertising or marketing integrations require this policy and the actual consent controls to be reviewed before they are enabled.
